A wonderful feature we offer our clients is Online Chat assistance. Immediate response to general and advanced issues at the drop of a hat – this is available both to companies that have ongoing contract services with us, and to individuals. The Chat Feature on our website will inform you if one of our technicians is available to help right away. Here are answers to some general questions. Please contact us if you would like more detailed information and we will be happy to help.

Do I need to install any plugins or applications?

No. This feature is built into our website and does NOT require any installations to function.

Can I access the services on my mobile device? Do I need to download an App?

Yes – FC’s Online Chat Support will work from the mobile website and no, it does NOT require any Apps to be installed to function.

Does opening a Chat create a ticket for me?

No. Opening a chat box will not automatically open a ticket for you. Even if your problem may be solved with the Chat feature, you will still need to create a ticket to track the issue.
